Motorized Vehicle Policy

The following was adopted by Town Council as policy:

1. Motorized vehicles driven by unlicensed drivers on roads is illegal.
2. All motorized vehicles such as three-wheelers, dirt bikes, etc., are noxious and not allowed by Sec. 8 of the C&Rs.

III.        Go-carts on private land are a gray area which will be worded out through compromises between go-cart owners and neighbors who hear the “noise.”

Reminder of Existing Policy

The 5 mph speed limit for driving on MLC roads applies to all vehicles . . . most commonly, but not limited to, cars, motorcycles and golf carts.
