Guidelines for Art Installations along Memory Pathway

1. A description of the proposed art work and its proposed location shall be published in the Alternate Current beforehand.  If someone objects to the design or location, they should promptly contact the work’s sponsor and the work should not be installed until the objection is resolved, if necessary by placing the matter on a Town Council agenda.

1. Long-lasting materials suitable for outdoors should be used.

1. Any maintenance necessary shall be done by the art work’s sponsor or a designee.
