Policy Regarding Borrowing of CC Tables and Chairs

If you, as a member of MLC or Sunrise, would like to borrow tables and chairs for use at MLC or Sunrise,  please check with the scheduler to be sure there is not an event planned at the CC where the tables and chairs would be expected to be available.  If you do borrow tables and chairs, please return them promptly and of course in good condition.

Regarding requests by members for tables and chairs to be used for events not occurring at MLC:  please check with the scheduler to be sure there is not an event planned at the CC where the tables and chairs would be expected to be available.

Regarding members borrowing tables and chairs for use off the Co-op, a minimum donation of $10.00 is requested to contribute to the periodic replacement of these items.  Checks should be made out to CC Guild and placed in the scheduler’s box at the mailbox.

MLC and Sunrise members may not borrow tables and chairs to lend to non-members or their organizations.
