Assessment policy re multiple but not identical ownership

When MLC members own more than one parcel of land, but not all owners on the deeds are identical, a separate assessment applies to each parcel once a dwelling has been permitted or constructed on that parcel.  “Dwelling” as used here means any habitable structure or structure that is clearly used for lodging.
